Mail In Process

Step 1:

- Text 316.633.6169 with your name, business name and items to be sharpened, and request for mailing address.

- If you are a repeat client, Text us to let us know you are sending items to be sharpened so we can watch for them.

Step 2:

- Package items suffciently to prevent damage during shipment!

In the package, include your business card, or note, with:

• Your Name
• Business Name
• Return Address
• Text Number (this is where the invoice payment link will be sent.)

- Please use the Schneide Sharpening packaging system provided with your last order (if you are a returning client). If you are a new client and would like to receive the shipping setup to send in your first order, you may purchase it here for $20. This $20 is then credited toward your first mail in sharpening order of $150 or more!

Step 3:

- Ship package to address provided.

Step 4:

- Items are typically completed within 2 business days after the date of receiving the items.

Step 5:

- Once items are completed, you will receive a link by text to pay with. From this link you will also be able to print out an itemized receipt.

Step 6:

- Your items will typically be sent via USPS to you by the end of the next business day following payment.

- The tracking link will be texted to you as soon as it is received from the USPS.
